Clutch Installation Guide
- Before installation, check the flywheel for wear and flatness, clean oil and dirt on the contact surface, and confirm all parts match the model.
- Align the positioning holes, install the clutch disc and pressure plate in order, and keep the clutch disc centered.
- Tighten the bolts diagonally and evenly to avoid deformation and vibration caused by uneven force.
- Correctly install the clutch release bearing and guide parts to ensure flexible separation without jamming.
- After installation, check the clutch travel and run the vehicle with no load. Ensure smooth shifting, no slipping and no abnormal noise.
